1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using usmovequote.pro (the "Site") or by calling our quote line, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Service description

US Move Quote is a free online and telephone quote-matching service. We collect information about your moving needs and connect you with up to three (3) FMCSA-licensed interstate moving carriers in our partner network. We are not a moving company. We do not transport household goods. All moving services are performed by independent third-party carriers under their own contracts and licenses.

3. No guarantee of pricing or service

Quotes provided by carriers in our partner network are estimates only. Final pricing is determined by the carrier after assessment of your actual shipment, route, and selected services. We make no guarantee about pricing, availability, service quality, delivery timelines, or claim outcomes. Any contract for moving services is between you and the carrier, not US Move Quote.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this service. Service is available for moves between the 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently service moves to or from Alaska or Hawaii.

5. Communications consent

By submitting a quote request through the Site or by calling our quote line, you expressly consent to receive phone calls, SMS text messages, and emails from US Move Quote and our partner network of moving carriers at the contact information you provide, including via automated telephone dialing systems and prerecorded voice messages, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. 6. Accuracy of information

You represent that all information you submit is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate quotes and may disqualify you from the service.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, design, software — is the property of US Move Quote or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Move Quote and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our service, including but not limited to damages from delayed delivery, lost or damaged goods, billing disputes, carrier conduct, or any contract you enter into with a moving carrier. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Move Quote and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
