Your express written consent

By submitting your contact information through any form on this Site, by clicking any "Get Quote" or "Call Now" button, or by calling our quote line at (833) 555-8699, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable FCC regulations, for US Move Quote and our partner network of FMCSA-licensed moving carriers, lead-routing service providers, and call quality verification platforms (collectively, the "Marketing Parties") to contact you using:

• Telephone calls (including calls placed using automated telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages);
• SMS or MMS text messages (including those sent via automated systems);
• Email; and
• Other electronic communication.

This consent applies to the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, even if those phone numbers are listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry, on a corporate Do Not Call list, or on any other Do Not Call list. The Marketing Parties may contact you about long distance moving services, related promotional offers, and your specific quote request.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of obtaining a moving quote, of being matched with a carrier, or of any future purchase of moving services. You can request a quote without providing this consent by calling us at (833) 555-8699 and stating that you do not consent to automated calls or texts. We will route your request manually.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any text messages or calls you receive. The frequency of messages depends on your activity and your interactions with our partners. Typical frequency: 1–10 messages per quote request.

How to revoke consent / opt out

You may revoke your consent and opt out of receiving future communications at any time:

• Phone calls: Tell the caller to remove you from their list. To opt out of all calls from US Move Quote, call (833) 555-8699 and request opt-out, or email optout@usmovequote.pro.
• Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive. You may receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
• Email: Click the "unsubscribe" link in any email we send.

Note: Each Marketing Party (US Move Quote and each of our partner carriers) maintains its own opt-out list. To opt out of communications from a specific carrier, follow that carrier's opt-out process directly. Opting out from one party does not automatically opt you out from all others. To opt out of all communications generated by your quote request, call (833) 555-8699.

Recording of calls

Calls placed to or received from our quote line may be recorded for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and lead verification with our carrier partners. By placing a call, you consent to such recording.
